We are on the lookout for a Customer Experience Specialist to work in the demand generation team.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Demand Generation, the Customer Experience Specialist primary responsibility will be to effectively launch new partner CRM platforms/ business units and help the team use our CX (Customer Experience) Systems effectively, to streamline data flow and enable marketing and sales with lead intelligence so they can use to have more effective conversations with prospects.
The CRM configuration will include data capture & collection, workflows engineering, campaign setup, technicalintegrations, & reporting, as well as user adoption activities.Equal parts thinker and doer, the Customer Experience Specialist thrives not only in thinking critically and problem-solving, but also picking up the phone, getting involved, and getting things done.
