Who we are looking for?
This is an exciting time for Cambridge Education Group as we have recently opened up an office in the centre of Newcastle (NE Hub) and to help with the support of all the new staff we are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide IT support to the OnCampus and Digital businesses through the resolving of incidents raised in Jira. These incidents will cover the end-user computing platform for all onsite and remote staff.
Job Role:
The main focus will be to manage the end user computing platform in Newcastle and assist the Service Manager in the running of the IT Support team through acting as a senior member of the team and deputising in the Service Managers absence.
