Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Student Support Officer to join our team at ONCAMPUS London South Bank. Our Student Recruitment Support Officer will be the first point of contact with ONCAMPUS Central Admission colleagues in Cambridge, Sales and Marketing teams and the admissions offices of the partner university. The post-holder will support the administration of the student journey from pre-arrival to progression. This involves pre-arrival information, enrolment, induction, visa maintenance and fee collection processes ensuring adherence to a variety of external regulations from the UKVI, QAA and partner university in respect of compliance processes and data management.
