Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to join our IT team at Cambridge Education Group!
The role is on a full-time, permanent basis with the location set in Cambridge, United Kingdom. We operate under a Hybrid Working schedule – with the possibility to work 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
This exciting new role has become available due to the growth of the company. You will lead the work of the IT Support team, which provides a wide variety of services to Cambridge Education Group. Becoming a Senior IT Technician, which provides 1st and 2nd line support functions to CEG’s diverse and interesting IT environments. This gives the opportunity to use and develop your management and leadership skills. With the companies multiple tenancies, sites and remote staff this offers an exciting chance to broaden your knowledge and take your first steps into IT service management.
