Who are we looking for?
We are launching a new centre ONCAMPUS Aston with delivery starting in September 2021. To form part of the academic management team we are recruiting for a Tutor of Maths.
We are currently looking for full time and part time annualised (0.8) positions. The full-time posts are, 37.5 hours per week with up to 25 hours of teaching during teaching weeks dependent on timetabling, with remaining time used for planning, marking, working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the centre. Requests for job share will be considered.
We also have 0.8 FTE part time annualised hours contracts available. Your teaching hours will vary from term to term but will average your part-time contracted hours across the academic year, with remaining time used for planning, marking, working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the centre. Requests for job share will be considered

The successful applicant will contribute to the teaching and learning of students within ONCAMPUS with the goal of securing success for all students to progress onto their chosen degree course at the partner university. Our tutor will have a secure knowledge and understanding of Level 3 maths modules, and/or Level 4 engineering maths modules and will be responsible for the complete and timely delivery of all subject course work.
